Max Verstappen recently criticised Netflix’s Drive to Survive during a Twitch stream, calling out the show for making him appear “upset” after the 2024 Miami Grand Prix. The Miami race was a landmark moment for McLaren’s Lando Norris, who secured his first-ever Formula 1 Grand Prix victory. Taking full advantage of a well-timed safety car, Norris managed to pit without losing his lead over Verstappen. The Dutchman had already pitted before the safety car was deployed following a collision between Haas’ Kevin Magnussen and Williams’ Logan Sargeant, which ultimately worked in Norris’ favour. What happened in Miami? Norris’ confidence soared from that…

Speaking at a virtual press conference in Zandvoort, Verstappen expanded on his plan while also offering some advice to FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem. Verstappen: swearing in Limburgish is an option Verstappen admitted that swearing in Limburgish was second nature to him growing up. “I…

Yuki Tsunoda and his newly recruited management team may have been hoping for some backing from Honda as he fights to secure his place in Formula 1. Still, the signals coming from the Japanese manufacturer suggest otherwise. Tsunoda, a product of Honda’s driver program, was fast-tracked through the European junior racing categories before making his F1 debut in 2021 with what was then AlphaTauri. At the time, Red Bull had good reason to accept a Honda-backed driver, as the team was working to keep the manufacturer engaged in the sport following significant investment to reach a competitive level, especially after…
As the 2025 Formula 1 season approaches, Lewis Hamilton’s move to Ferrari has generated significant buzz. However, Red Bull advisor Dr. Helmut Marko offers a tempered perspective, suggesting that the transition may not immediately yield championship results. How does it look after pre-season testing in Bahrain? Reflecting on pre-season testing in Bahrain, Marko observed that McLaren appears to be the frontrunner, with Red Bull closely following. He positions Ferrari as the third-strongest team, just ahead of Mercedes. Marko noted in an interview with sport.de: “In Bahrain, Leclerc was the clearly faster driver. But that’s normal. He knows the team, he…
