Red Bull has teased the launch of its 2025 challenger, the RB21 ahead of F1’s only pre-season test.
The team is one of the last to show images of this season’s car after the F1 75 event last week in London. It opted to keep as many details about the car as possible before its on-track debut in Bahrain this week.
The series of photos were taken at the Red Bull Technology Campus in the team’s home base of Milton Keynes. Ultimately, the dimly lit photos revealed very little about the 2025 car. With Red Bull keeping their rivals on edge for another 3 days.

However, according to technical director Pierre Wache, Red Bull has tried to fix the inherent issues faced by the RB20. The team has tirelessly worked to make the new car easier for drivers to set up and drive without sacrificing any performance potential.
A busy winter
Speaking to Autosport, Wache described the work Red Bull had been up to over the winter break.
“The main thing that you are trying to achieve is a balance between making a car that is quicker than the others and making it nice to drive so that drivers can extract the most from it.“
“In 2023 we were proved that our direction was correct because we were quicker than the others. Last season we were proved that we were not correct.”

These improvements are vital for the team’s 2025 goals. Red Bull will set its sights on reclaiming the Constructors Championship lost in 2024.
While the team and Max Verstappen won their fourth consecutive driver’s title, they were demoted to third in the constructors standings, behind McLaren and Ferrari. However, a new season is around the corner, featuring an all-new driver line-up and the final year of Honda engines. The team is determined to succeed in 2025.
